Two (2) vacuum dust collectors.
Eight (8) cartridge filters (part #10001245).
Automatic reverse pulse cleaning system for filters.
¾” air piping for pulse cleaning system.
Two (2) abrasive classification stations. Both classifiers are adjustable.
Air requirements for pulse cleaning system, 18 CFM @ 90 to 100 PSIG.
800 CFM air induction vacuum system.
Two-outlet blast machine.
1-1/2” air piping.
120 volt AC, 1 phase, control systems.
15 tons of abrasive capacity (steel grit).
Dust and trash discharges in standard 55 gallon drum (drum supplied by
customer).
System can be used with alternate vacuum system(s).
Notes:
1. Not intended to be shipped with any abrasive or dust/trash
in the system.
2. Recommend emptying dust and trash every 2 to 4 hours depending on
collection rate.
3. It is recommended that a qualified electrician connect this equipment to
power.
4. It is recommended that all new filters be coated with precoat dust prior
to putting into service.
5. Skid #1 must be shipped in horizontal position and stood up with crane at
the job site.
6. System is shipped as two separate skids. They must be connected together at job site.
